In addition to coordinating the Bed & Breakfast Innkeepers of Colorado Aspiring Innkeepers Day, Sallie and Welling Clark host a one-time 4 hour seminar designed for persons interested in researching and opening their own B&B. Holden House has been in operation since 1986 and the Clarks have been instructing B&B seminars since 1989. Classes are usually conducted from September-April of each year. The seminar includes a "take home" 100+ page reference workbook. The Clarks also offer private consulting services on an hourly basis and sell their workbook with consulting services.
